LUNAR PREMIER 516 L 4/5BIRTH Caravan needs some attention in Norwich, Norfolk for sale

we have not used this caravan for a couple of years but believe it to be ready to use. Its been sitting in driveway in North Walsham. Tyres need a bit of air. Is very clean and solid as you can see in pictures but the shower/chemical toilet room is mouldy and damp we think from previous owners using shower without ventilation as the area outside the room seems solid.Few Damages on bodywork can be fixed. Sleeps upto 5 with a queen size double bed, small double bed and a bunk bed. The smaller bed area can be closed off with the folding doors (see Pic). Has Gas Hob but no oven,sink,fridge,Full awning,wheel clamp and ball lock, wardrobe and shelves,chemical toilet. I think its a 17ft base Will make a lovely family caravan and some work on it will give many more years of spacious fun holdays.About 20 years old. £500 ono PLEASE REMEMBER THE ACTUAL CARAVAN IS IN NORTH WALSHAM NOT NORWICH.
