Shetland 4 + 2 2001 in really superb condition. Fully loaded with all extras including Hot and cold running water, warm air blown heating, shower, flush toilet to holding tank, 240 volt shore power, fridge, 2 burner hobb and grill. Complete new interior in June 2012, including new upholstery, carpets and curtains. New in June 2012 a new Honda 20HP outboard electric start. Very economical and quiet engine with a 10 amp charge output to keep the two fitted 85amp batteries fully topped up. The outboard benefits from the remainder of the 6 year Honda manufacturers warranty that is transferrable to the new owner. Boat safety certificate valid till 2015 Boat benefits from a guard fitted to the rear to protect the outboard and to enable stern on mooring which incorporates a step to ease getting on and of the boat while moored stern on. Full navigation lights and spotlight fitted to the front. Single windscreen wiper fitted to drivers side and Nasa depth gauge to dash. Stereo radio CD fitted with speakers fitted in cabin and cockpit. Can sleep 6 people in two cabins. Front V seats in bow converts to a double and the dining table opposite galley drops between the seats to form another double. Front screen folds flat to give a very low air draft making navigation of all the Norfolk Broads possible.
