2010 Abi Vista at Wild Duck Haven in Norwich, Norfolk for sale

Due to a change in circumstances we are unfortunately having to sell our 2010 Abi Vista which we have only had since September 2015. The caravan has 3 bedrooms with the option of sleeping 8 people as there is a pullout bed in the living room. It comes complete with gas oven, gas fire, fridge with box freezer, new Lionel flooring, panel heating in all bedrooms and bathroom, WC and shower. It's in excellent condition as we have only had 4 families stay in it since we got th caravan. Our caravan is located on Swan Court which is a 5 min walk to all amenities and right near the lake- the ducks often come to visit and will take bread from you if you feed them. All the caravans on swan court are privately owned and are based on concrete with gas and electricity on mains so you don't have to worry about changing gas canisters! The price also includes this years site fees and water bill for the year. We do have bookings for this year so it is very easy to rent out the caravan if you wanted to! Wild duck is a 4* haven resort near Great Yarmouth and has 2 swimming pools, 2 parks, mini golf, go karts, amusements, evening entertainment, bingo, various kids clubs and daily activities.
