We're close to the city, on a good bus route, with two pubs 5mins walk away and Tesco is 10mins walk away. We would like to find a person who enjoys company, but also likes time to themselves. We have a shared lounge for T. V. We have a lovely garden with a decking patio area, a pond and a little veg patch, lovely in the summer! As you can see on the photo we have a puppy called Oscar, he is very friendly and well behaved. The Double Room is £350. 00 per calender month and has lots of space.
