In my 20 months of living here, problems or breakdowns have been scarce and anything that does need to be fixed or amended is sorted out immediately with a short phone call to the landlords who are always glad to here from you and are very approachable. I can safely say I have never had such professional yet friendly landlords, and will probably never have the opportunity to live in such a nice house again - it really is value for money.
