Sofa bed and swivel chair in Norwich, Norfolk for sale

Grey, corded sofa bed in very good condition except a few small tears om underside of bottom cushion (see pic) not noticeable and does not affect use or look of sofa. Few years old but well looked after, sofa bed section has thin mattress which is in excellent condition as only been used less than a handful of times! Also selling a purple swivel chair which again, is only a few years old and been well looked after.... the stitching has come loose from the material that covers the springs on the underneath of the chair (see pic) but again, does not affect use or look. Come from smoke and pet free home. Collection from uea area. Low asking price as new sofa being delivered so need quick sale. (Price is £120 for sofa and chair!)
